Unique's new employee application provides a comprehensive platform for employees and managers to access various data regarding payroll, attendance, and employment transactions. Users can report and fill out attendance records, complete multiple forms, and more, all in accordance with organizational policies.

The application boasts an intuitive and user-friendly interface, accessible at any time, enabling users to retrieve both current and historical payroll and attendance information. Notably, it allows deep dives into payroll details, offering explanations for different symbols and terms.

One exceptional feature is the capability to analyze payroll elements down to minute details, including balances, personal information, pension data, and more. Users can compare these elements over different periods through graphical displays, which aid in identifying discrepancies for further investigation.

In addition to payroll and attendance data, the application includes dedicated screens for digitally reporting Tax Form 101 throughout the year, along with updating information that has been changed during the approval cycle in the central payroll system.

Navigation within the app is straightforward, featuring six mobile-optimized screens that display current data as stored in the system. Each screen provides options to modify editable fields while offering assistance on relevant fields. The application also alerts users if any data reported on forms does not comply with Israeli tax regulations.

Supporting multiple languages—Hebrew, Arabic, and English—according to user preference, the application includes pages with general relevant information related to HR management, attendance, and payroll updates.

Future enhancements are planned for this application to enable reporting and approving attendance data, submitting and approving expense reimbursements, completing automated forms, and updating personal information.

Moreover, payslips and forms such as 101 and 106 can be printed and shared accordingly.

This application is currently utilized by leading organizations in Israel, including the Ministry of Education.
